FIDE Commission for Women’s Chess
Queens’ Online Chess Festival returns for the 5th edition! We invite ALL FEMALE CHESS PLAYERS to participate! Spread the word.
The Festival is one of our biggest projects, every year attracting hundreds of female chess players around the globe!
It is a series of continental women’s online blitz tournaments, open to all women chess players from around the world FREE OF CHARGE and it will take place from 1st till 28th March this year.
This Festival is a true celebration of women’s chess and brings us all to the chess boards – no matter the location, age or level.
The prizes in the Festival include invitation to the 2026 Chess Olympiad, lessons with WGMs, 1000 euros prize money and more!

Applications for the 2025 Scholar Chess Player Awards are now open. Current US Chess members who are in their junior or senior year of high school are eligible to apply by the April 1 deadline. Click to learn more.
